Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently offer free shipping for all orders with estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping at cost with estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.
We always do our best to process orders as fast as we can with the timelines mentioned above however in certain periods (close to holidays) we may experience an unexpectedly high volume of orders and you may experience some unexpected delays.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@maloosdesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that all SALE items are final sale and non-refundable / exchangeable.
